Coding for Wordpress (+ACF Pro, +WPML) one-page website with animations for digital agency

Required features

The website is rather static (except animations) and does not contain any special functionalities (not even a contact form). However, it is required that all content (texts) are editable from the Wordpress level, animation elements - correctly coded with the possibility of modification by other developers. REQUIRED: Transfer of copyrights in all fields and pillars of exploitation to the completed work. (excluding tools and libraries, which are under different license terms)

Preferable solution

Below are our requirements that are non-negotiable and that we expect from start to finish: 1) Wordpress 2) ACF Pro 3) WPML (content preparation and plugin implementation. For now the site will have 1 language version) 4) Encryption/security of email address from bots (additional plugin). 5) All animations must be written individually without using "ready-made" ones 6) We require optimization and testing on the part of the website contractor for: - Pixel Perfect - Desktop for different screen widths (up to max 1920px) - Tablet - Mobile for both orientations (there is a mobile project without animations) We are very strict about minimizing the number of plugins. After the Contractor performs the tests, we will conduct an internal code audit (compliance with standards and good practices). After its acceptance, we will make the acceptance of the project.
