Job description
I will commission a detailed comparison of portals offering e-services dedicated to local government units (LGUs). The goal is to evaluate available solutions that support local government administration in the digitization of public services, as well as to prepare a report containing an analysis of the functionality, costs and technologies used by each portal.
- Identify key portals that offer e-services for TSU (e.g., support for communication with the citizen, electronic document circulation, platform for reporting defects, etc.).
- Conduct a comparative analysis in terms of:
- Functionality and scope of services offered
- Usability and intuitiveness of the interface
- Costs of system implementation and maintenance
- Technical requirements and compatibility with existing IT systems of JST
- Possibilities of integration with other local government systems
- Technical support and updates
