Due to our dynamic growth, we are looking for a talented Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for lead generation and support our sales department in acquiring new clients. If you are passionate about marketing and want to join a team of IT recruitment experts, just apply!

Function tasks:

- Develop and implement lead generation strategies in the IT recruitment industry for the DACH market.

- Create and optimize online and offline marketing campaigns, including advertising campaigns, email marketing, content marketing, SEO, and social media.

- Develop marketing content and promotional materials that capture the attention of potential clients.

- Analyze the results of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies based on analytical data.

- Collaborate with the sales department to provide valuable leads and support the sales process.

- Manage the contact database and build lasting relationships with clients and potential clients.

- Monitor the competition and analyze industry trends in the IT recruitment sector

Job Requirements

- Higher education (preferably in marketing, communication, or a related field).

- Experience in the marketing field, with a focus on lead generation.

- Knowledge of marketing tools such as Google Analytics, CRM, email marketing, SEO, and data analysis tools.

- Excellent communication and copywriting skills in English, and German in huge plus.

- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with the sales department.

- Creativity, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

- Passion for the IT recruitment industry and an understanding of its specifics (preferred).

- Knowledge of German language and culture at a level enabling communication with clients from the DACH market (preferred).
