We need to create an automation project
THE PROJECT OF AUTOMATION OF ISSUING CERTIFICATES AND DOCUMENTS ON THE PLATFORM Opieunwzlobku.pl
I. Certificates
1) The customer enters a dedicated website, e.g. www.zaśięć.opiekunwzlobku.pl, and set up an account there, providing the name and email address
2) After registration, the client moves to the tabs, depending on what he expects
a) Certificate of being a student - is generated for the client in pdf after filling in the data and approval by admin
b) Placement referral - is generated in pdf after filling in the data and approval by admin
c) Certificate of completion of the QUALIFICATION course
- after the student fills in the data, it is generated on the platform
To the (Admin) to be printed without stamps, a print with data - a certificate with the PESEL number, date and place of birth, name, and surname, a number from the register (currently we write out such certificates by hand)
- the client also completes the parcel locker address, phone number, and email - automatic integration of the shipping address with inPost
- NOT REQUIRED BUT NECESSARY - after we accept the correct data, etc., a PDF version is also generated for the client, but with stamps as a COPY / SCAN - now we scan all certificates manually before shipping
In this certificate, the student must also enter the start and end date of the course and the date of issuing the certificate will be generated.
