Obowiązki:

Wpisywanie spotkań do kalendarza.

-Przypominanie o spotkaniach na życzenie.

-Informowanie o konflikcie spotkań.

-Zarządzanie różnymi sprawami osobistymi, takimi jak:

-Organizacja zakupów.

-Rezerwacje (restauracje, bilety, hotele).

-Koordynacja usług (np. serwis sprzątający, naprawy domowe).

-Przypomnienia o ważnych terminach osobistych.

Regulamin:

-Miejsce komunikacji: mail, telefon, SMS, WhatsApp.

-Kalendarz: Google - udzielam dostępu.

-Czas reakcji: maksymalnie 8 godzin (preferowany jak najkrótszy czas).

-Potwierdzenie realizacji zadań: każdorazowo.

-Godziny pracy: od 8:00 do 20:00.

-Codzienna współpraca: bieżąca komunikacja.

-Czas szkolenia: jeśli potrzebny.

-Zastrzeżenie: regulamin może być zmieniony w zależności od potrzeb.

-Ważne spotkania i terminy: wpisywane do kalendarza.

-Przypomnienia : jako wiadomości opóźnione.

Na tą chwilę zakres jak w ofercie czyli wrzucam informację przez komunikator i osoba podejmująca to zlecenie uzupełnia kalendarz lub planuje działania. Ciężko mi określić ile tego będzie dlatego też na początek proponuję kwotę 400zł netto za miesiąc. Jeśli ilość zadań będzie się zwiększał oczywiście będziemy rozmawiać o stawce. Na tą chwilę to raczej wsparcie niż działania regularne. Może być, że suma sumarum wyjdzie kilka godzin pracy.
