Arduino - WS2812B light bar LED control via bluetooth

I would like to use the BLUETOOTH built into the ESP-WROOM-32 chip to connect to light bars like here: https://allegro.pl/oferta/tasma-led-rgbic-pilot-bluetooth-ip65-ws2812b-10m-13686277064 And then control the lighting of the LEDs using php/json. Looking for a person to write me a program on ESP (arduino)

Using PHP/JSON (can be other communication between php and arduino) I send bluetooth addresses with which we want to connect something like:

It gets feedback successful or unsuccessful connection.

and then gives the numbers of LEDs to light for a specific strip:

We will connect to the esp module via WIFI. In the code please define the network name and password for wifi and the number of LEDs in the strip.
