Application - Ruby on Rails Developer

We are creating a proprietary CRM to manage sales, product database, quotations, surveys, orders with subcontractors, etc.

We are looking for a person to work with whom we can settle on the basis of man-hours or on the basis of valuation of a specific task that is to be done.

In brief, the responsibilities will include:

- Building a web application based on Ruby on Rails

- Developing effective, scalable and stable software.

- Application of correct standards and good coding practices

- Assist in diagnosing problems and optimizing the performance of the production system.

- Supporting the software versioning process according to the git-flow model.

What makes you a good fit?

- You have at least 2 years of experience with Ruby on Rails,

- ​You're familiar with good programming practices and design patterns,

- ​You're proactive,

​- You value working in a small team, on a single product

- Nice to have: you have some experience with Javascript / jQuery
