We are adding a similar feature on iOS. You will be able to discuss this task with iOS developer, who already has conclusions how to implement it.
On iOS we estimate this task at 25h, I think that on Android it will be similar. But of course this will be verified after checking the code. Please let me know the initial cost if it would come out to 25h of work.
