I will establish cooperation with a person for whom communication in German is not a problem and is able to accept an order by phone and then record it in the system in English. Work requires being on the phone 24 hours a day, but there will certainly not be many applications (she estimates that there may be about one a day, so it must be treated as additional work). It is only a basic helpdesk for a German client, the simplest password reset tasks. They are required to do them immediately, of course, after appropriate training, although all other IT problems are only accepted and created a ticket in the system, and we also provide training for this. Settlement for each ticket created, which usually takes 10-15 minutes. IT knowledge, computer skills, German and English are not required. We will certainly train you from the rest of the necessary skills.
