Job description
I am looking for an experienced PrestaShop developer to create a custom module for managing employee orders in an online store (PrestaShop 1.7.7.7). The module should meet the following requirements:
Additional Fields in Order: For customers in the group with id=X, the module must add two mandatory fields when placing an order:
WBS (no validation)
PO (no validation)
Email Notification to Superior:
After an order is placed, an order confirmation email (containing WBS and PO numbers) is to be sent to the supervisor assigned to the employee.
Each employee in a group with id=X will be assigned to one supervisor with a fixed e-mail address. The supervisors should receive an email notification with the order information of each of their subordinates.
Supervisor access to Employee Orders:
The supervisor, logging into his account, should have access to the order history of his employees (without editing capabilities).
The order list should include information such as employee name, order date, order number, WBS, PO, as well as a list of products ordered. Ability to filter by employee and order date.
Compatibility: the module must be fully compatible with PrestaShop version 1.7.7.7 and ready to install without risk of disruption to the production store.
