3D animation - medical procedure

We are looking for a freelancer / company to create a short 3D animation (15-20 sec) of a dental procedure.

It is about cutting a small piece of rectangular skin from the palate and sewing in place of the gums in the front. The gums before the surgery are lowered and reveal the roots of the teeth, and after the procedure are normal, but you can see the seams :) Hand, blood need not be visible, it is to be rather schematic, although the scalpel and sewing will be useful.
