The Role

I’m looking for someone who thrives on bringing order to chaos — the kind of person who sees a messy inbox, scattered deadlines, or unclear processes and immediately starts mapping out a system to fix it.

You’ll be my right hand in both personal and business matters. One day you might be designing a new way to track expenses, the next building a streamlined scheduling process, then coordinating a travel plan down to the last detail.

This is a role for someone who loves creating structure and can run with minimal oversight.

What You’ll Do

Turn scattered notes and ideas into clear, actionable plans

Build and maintain systems for calendars, inboxes, tasks, and files

Organize and track multiple projects at once — nothing falls through the cracks

Coordinate travel, deliveries, and appointments with precision

Spot problems early and create solutions before they escalate
