📢 Virtual Assistant Manager – Poland

1. Who we are

We’re Scaling Partner, a digital marketing agency from Romania that started scaling brands internationally.

Right now, we’re launching Saltmed in Poland – a medical brand with €1,000,000+ yearly sales in Romania, a certified medical device, now expanding internationally.

1. What you will do

- Select Polish clients for free inhalators & follow until the video testimonial.

- Identify doctors & micro-influencers relevant for Saltmed.

- Initiate first contact (no negotiations – we handle that). If English is an issue, you may act as the bridge.

- Do local research (events, associations, competitors).

- Help with scheduling calls and basic reporting.

1. Who we’re looking for

- Native Polish + English B1–B2, at least A2.

- Experience as VA / Assistant Manager (or similar role).

- Strong organization & follow-up skills.

- Clear communication in Polish & English (asks if something is unclear).

- Proactive, learns fast, and implements feedback.

1. Collaboration & Payment

- Fee set together, based on experience & expectations – no growth limit on the long term.
