Native Polish Speaker Needed for Part-Time Virtual Assistant Daily Follow-Up Tasks
I run several online businesses and need a reliable, native Polish speaking assistant for daily follow-up with local businesses on my behalf (calls, emails, texts) until tasks get done.
Initially an admin and follow-up role, with a concrete path to grow. Hours can expand from 5 to 8 hours per week up to 15 to 20 or more hours per week within a few months, and scope can grow into broader executive assistant work across my international company.
About me: American, living in Poland, Polish level A2 to B1. English is our main working language; I can switch to Polish occasionally if needed.
Schedule: 5 to 8 hours per week, two short daily check-in windows (about 30 minutes around 10AM and about 30 minutes around 3 to 4PM). Must be available during Polish business hours, Monday to Friday, 9AM to 5PM.
What you'll do:
Daily follow-up (email, phone call, and text) with unresponsive local businesses
Escalate the contact method if there is no response within 24 hours
Log every contact and outcome in a shared Google Sheet
Send a weekly status update, or update me whenever a business responds
Occasionally draft or send emails on my behalf in Polish
Requirements:
Confident English is required, non-negotiable: practical B2 level or higher, comfortable holding an unscripted conversation. Time spent living, studying, or working in an English speaking country is a plus, but not required
Native level Polish
Comfortable being politely persistent with businesses that are slow to respond
Available during Polish business hours, Monday to Friday
Gliwice or the Silesia area is most preferred. Opole and Wroclaw are also good options. Poland or elsewhere in Europe is fine too
Budget: 40 to 60 PLN per hour depending on experience, paid weekly through Useme.
I'll start with a paid trial task before committing to ongoing work. To apply, briefly describe how you would handle a vendor who ignored two emails and a voicemail.
Info from Useme:
If you live in Poland, only apply for this job if you have:
- a valid student card (and you are under 26 y.o.);
- a current job based on umowa o pracę or umowa zlecenia;
- your own business.
