Lead Blockchain Engineer – Stablecoins & Financial Systems

StableNaira is looking for a Senior Blockchain Engineer to build secure fintech infrastructure for payments, wallet integrations, liquidity movement, and digital asset settlement.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain Solidity smart contracts.

• Build backend services, APIs, and transaction-processing systems.

• Integrate wallets, blockchain APIs, and EVM-compatible networks.

• Improve gas efficiency, transaction reliability, and settlement performance.

• Support architecture planning, security reviews, testing, CI/CD, monitoring, and documentation.

• Troubleshoot blockchain, backend, and distributed-system issues.

• Collaborate with engineering, product, DevOps, and compliance teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional software development experience.

• Strong Solidity, smart contract, and EVM knowledge.

• Backend experience with Node.js, TypeScript, Go, or Python.

• Experience with Web3 libraries, wallets, APIs, databases, and REST services.

• Understanding of smart contract security, gas optimization, and reliable transaction processing.

• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, distributed systems, or CI/CD.

• Strong communication, debugging, and independent remote-working skills.

Nice to Have

Experience with stablecoins, DeFi, fintech, Layer 2 networks, bridges, audits, high-availability systems, or open-source blockchain projects.

Work Arrangement

Fully remote, direct engagement with StableNaira. Full-time or long-term contract options are available.
