We are hiring: German & English Speaking Remote Creator Support & Content Manager

We are a fast-growing Creator Management Agency in the digital content industry, working closely with online content creators and supporting them in communication, content planning, and account optimization.

We are looking for a reliable, structured, and proactive person who speaks German and English fluently and enjoys working independently in a remote environment.

This is a long-term freelance-style collaboration with daily responsibility and flexible working hours.

🚀 Your Responsibilities

Main contact person for our creators via chat (support, questions, coordination)

Proactive communication: sending regular updates and checking if support is needed

Coordination with our chatting department regarding content needs

Creating content lists and content plans based on current needs and trends

Researching ideas and creating simple content guidelines for creators

Reviewing account appearance and identifying optimization potential

Following up with creators if agreed content is delayed

Organizing and managing content in shared drives

Actively thinking along and helping us improve processes

⏰ Working Time & Availability

Approx. 3–4 hours of work per day

Flexible schedule

Occasionally answering urgent messages outside these hours if needed

🧠 What You Should Bring

Fluent German and English (mandatory)

Experience in customer support, virtual assistance, or similar roles

Structured, independent, and reliable way of working

Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence

Comfortable creating documents (Google Docs, Canva, etc.)

A good eye for aesthetics, content, and branding

Willingness to learn and take responsibility

Willingness to work with NSFW Content
