Freelance PMO / Project Coordination Support (part-time, remote)
I’m looking for a highly organized, responsible and proactive person to support me in operational PMO/project coordination activities related to international IT transformation projects.
This is NOT a typical assistant role — I’m looking for someone who enjoys organizing information, tracking actions, preparing governance materials, and supporting project operations.
Scope of support:
preparing and updating project trackers
meeting summaries based on Teams transcripts/notes
maintaining action/risk/decision logs
preparing weekly status updates
follow-up coordination
governance/admin support
preparing templates and meeting materials
organizing project information and deadlines
Requirements:
very good English (written)
strong organizational skills
experience in PMO / project coordination / corporate environment
good Excel and PowerPoint skills
ability to structure information clearly
attention to detail and ownership mindset
experience with AI tools/Copilot/ChatGPT is a plus
Important:
no access to company systems will be provided
work will be based on prepared/sanitized materials
fully remote

initially around 5–10h weekly with possibility to extend
