I coordinate projects and solve problems. I receive a task, analyze the situation, organize the right people, and drive the project to completion. I don't focus on adding unnecessary layers of complexity – I focus on finding solutions that work. On a daily basis, I work with designers, developers, print houses, manufacturers, and clients. I coordinate projects from the initial concept and quotation stage, through execution, all the way to final delivery and implementation. My experience includes marketing, e-commerce, advertising production, public tenders, and managing remote teams. I perform best in environments where multiple areas need to be connected and coordinated to achieve a successful outcome. I value clear communication, autonomy, and accountability for results.
