Data Scientist

We are looking for a Data Scientist to join our Revenue Operations team. You will be responsible for building and maintaining machine learning models that directly impact our bottom line. The primary focus of this role is to enhance our B2B sales efficiency by developing predictive models that score and prioritize leads.

If you have a track record of using Python and SQL to turn raw CRM data into a tactical asset for sales reps, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Model Development: Design, build, and deploy lead scoring models to identify which prospects have the highest probability of conversion.

Algorithm Selection: Utilize classification algorithms (specifically Logistic Regression and Random Forest) to predict customer behavior.

Data Engineering: Write complex SQL queries to extract, clean, and aggregate B2B sales data from our data warehouse and CRM.

Feature Engineering: Transform raw sales interaction data (email opens, clicks, website visits, firmographics) into meaningful features that improve model accuracy.

Performance Tuning: Monitor model performance, retrain models as needed, and maintain a target accuracy of 80%+ to ensure sales confidence.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work directly with the B2B sales team to integrate model predictions into their daily workflow (e.g., Salesforce/Pipedrive/HubSpot).
