E-commerce & Marketplace Assistant – Fashion Brand

We are looking for an E-commerce & Marketplace Assistant to support the day-to-day management of an independent fashion & accessories brand selling internationally.

The role is mainly operational – we need someone organised and proactive who can make sure our marketplace accounts are up to date and running smoothly.

### Scope

• day-to-day management of existing marketplace accounts

• checking product listings, prices, stock and product information

• monitoring orders, returns and operational issues

• communication with marketplace support/partners when needed

• coordinating promotions, updates and deadlines

• uploading and updating products and content

• supporting onboarding of new marketplaces

• basic Shopify support and product updates

Experience with fashion/lifestyle e-commerce and marketplaces is a strong advantage. Shopify experience is preferred.

Good English, attention to detail and the ability to work independently are essential.
