Building an app for Android and iOS (Progressive Web App)

below are the assumptions of Progressive Web App:

1. the application will pull in data at the time of product selection and should work offline when the product model is selected.

2. the list for product selection is pulled from an external file, .csv, (check the version of the file, if it is unchanged then the update does not take place).

3. product images are pulled from an external server.

4. clicking on the product photo enlarges the photo.

5. .PDF documents are downloaded automatically to the user's phone for offline use and are updated when the application is opened. (Check the version of the file, if it is unchanged then the update does not take place).

6. Order Consumables, Educational Materials and Service Activities - redirect inside the application to our online store to a specific page.

7. link to Order Consumables, Educational Materials and Service Activities is dynamic depending on the selected product model.

8.The app must work on IOS and Android.
