I am looking for someone to create a bot that finds new articles on a blog type site and informs you about it.

I am attaching details about the site from the Wappalyzer browser extension.

Required functions:
Notifications audible and visible on the computer screen. It would be nice if the program could also be fired up on a phone. Settings as to how often to find changes on the page in seconds.
