About me

I work at the intersection of research, learning and social innovation. For the past 15+ years I have been involved in projects that explore how organisations and communities learn, adapt and improve the way they work.

My work focuses on research, monitoring and evaluation, and capacity development. I design research processes, develop data collection tools, analyse qualitative and quantitative data, and translate findings into practical recommendations that support programme design and decision-making. Recently I led a nationwide needs assessment for social enterprises in Poland and coordinated capacity-development work with local NGOs in humanitarian response programmes. I also design MEAL frameworks for NGOs.
