I work as a Technical Support Engineer in a company that provides support for US-based online shops. My tasks are researching, implementing and configuring solutions for our technical support team. On top of that writing, proofreading and translating product descriptions for online shops and also managing pchelpmate.com project for which I write self-help articles that help with installing and activating Microsoft software. I support my work with years of experience as a tech support operative on the American market.
