About me
My name is Sławomir Kasprzak. I run Wellmade, and since 2020 I have been building websites and shops on WordPress and WooCommerce. Every job is invoiced with a VAT invoice.

What I do
- business websites and WooCommerce shops based on a graphic design, - custom themes without page builders (ACF, Gutenberg blocks), where content can be changed without a developer, - multilingual websites (WPML, Polylang), - custom modules and integrations: CRM, payments, shipping, external APIs, - loading speed and technical SEO, - extending and fixing existing websites.
How I work
- scope and stages are agreed in writing before the start, changes are priced before they are made, - I do all programming work myself, - after acceptance I hand over the code and the copyright.

Portfolio
Portal of a recruitment agency with branches in several countries, developed and maintained by me for over 5 years. Custom theme, multilingual offers and branches (Polylang), automatic export of offers to job boards, hosting migration.
The restaurant's own online ordering channel instead of delivery apps: WooCommerce, Stripe and a delivery scheduling module written from scratch (date and time, kitchen limits, zones). Online order value grew by over 150% in the first quarter.
My company website, written from scratch in React and TypeScript, without WordPress. Polish and English versions prerendered to static HTML (speed, SEO), case studies, a contact form on a serverless function, automated tests before every deploy.
WooCommerce shop with heavily reworked features and code. Its standout element is a custom, simplified distraction-free checkout.
Employment agency website on WordPress, built from the client's graphic design. Several custom features; the client edits most of the content without a developer.
Website of a premium cybersecurity brand. Custom theme built on dozens of Gutenberg blocks (ACF), from which the team assembles pages itself, and a custom WebGL animation engine (Three.js) with a 3D background.
Coworking space in Poznań with a booking system written from scratch: desks and rooms picked from an interactive floor plan, live availability, Stripe payments via WooCommerce, two languages (WPML). Design by a studio, all development by me.
Website of an employment agency operating in several countries, built from the client's design. Job search, content loaded without page reloads (AJAX), integration with an external CRM. Three language versions: Polish, German and English.
Clothing shop on WooCommerce, implemented from a Figma design. Content fully editable by the client, mobile version, technical SEO and analytics integration.
Website of a meal-box catering company. For over a year I developed and maintained it: delivery search by postcode, interactive map, integration with an external CRM.
