About me
I help companies on Microsoft 365 get rid of manual work: approvals sent by email, invoices retyped by hand, spreadsheets passed between departments. I build apps, automations and AI agents on Power Platform, using tools most companies already pay for in their M365 licences.
Since 2023, as an automation engineer in an international group, I have replaced an email-based approval process with a platform serving 40 legal entities and 6,500+ requests, and rolled out AI invoice data extraction in 11 companies across 5 countries.

Replaced email approvals with an app and automated approval routing based on the Office 365 org chart, with escalations, delegates and Power BI reporting. 6,500+ requests across 40 legal entities, MVP to global rollout in 6 months.
Vendor risk hub + AI agent (Copilot Studio)
Model-driven app bringing vendors, IT assets, incidents and remediation into one data model. Real-time EU VIES checks via a custom REST connector and a Copilot Studio agent answering vendor status questions.
AI invoice data extraction (AI Builder)
Invoice data used to be retyped by hand. An AI Builder model now extracts it and Power Automate passes it on for approval and booking. Running in 11 companies across 5 countries.
Idea intake portal with AI summaries
Business ideas arrived by email with missing details. A 21-question intake form now feeds AI Builder prompts that summarise current state, target state and goals; Power Automate creates the design doc and project folder.
