14 pages in German on WordPress and Elementor: home, property valuation, selling in 10 steps, services, guides, legal pages. The two-field request form goes straight to the agent, spam protection without captcha.
Real estate landing page with 3D chart
1 329 properties in Tenerife rated by price, area, location and 30 criteria. Chart and table are linked: click a dot to highlight the property, price filters change both. Property card and admin panel, pinch zoom on mobile.
Spa websites: custom code, 3 cities, 3 languages
Moved from Bitrix to custom code keeping all 264 URLs, texts and design. Pages load in 0.03-0.06 s instead of 1.3-2.3 s. City selector, pages for three cities, Russian, Kazakh and English versions, gift card sales on the site.
CRM and online booking for a spa chain
One system instead of two paid booking services: calendar with rooms and shifts, online booking, cash desk, gift cards, payroll, 8 roles. WhatsApp, Instagram and Telegram in one inbox next to the client card. Used daily in two countries.
AI sales assistant in WhatsApp
Answers client questions instantly from approved templates on prices, programs and gift cards, and never makes things up. Booking, payment, complaints and voice messages go to a manager with the reason. Russian, Kazakh and English.
AI quality control of phone calls
Every call is transcribed and scored against the quality team checklist: greeting, sales attempt, upsell, objections. Mistakes go to the team chat with a link to the call. 6 400+ automatic checks in 3 months, scores feed into payroll.
