About me
I implement and fix POS/ERP and stock systems and automate reporting for food & beverage businesses. I administered Syrve/iiko across a 6-location café chain and set up GoPOS/GoStock from scratch for a new venue in 2026.

I graduated with honours from IT STEP Computer Academy (web development); final project: a weather site built from scratch with real-time data updates.
Example: I found a stock valuation error that showed food cost at 8.9% instead of the real 28.9%, and rebuilt inventory accounting from scratch.

Café: the POS report showed 8.9% food cost. I found the causes (zero-value opening stock, wrong VAT rates, duplicate products) and rebuilt stock accounting. Real food cost: 28.9%.

Hourly receipt analysis from POS exports: 77% of traffic between 12:00 and 18:00, Sunday about 2.5× Wednesday. Used to move from flat headcount to load-based shifts.
Model finansowy + dashboard na żywo
Multi-sheet P&L model for a café: fixed, labour and variable costs, daily reconciliation and monthly summary. A CSV export feeds an HTML/JS dashboard that refreshes every 5 minutes.
Raporty ABC z Syrve API dla 6 lokali
A Python script pulls sales via the Syrve OLAP API and generates a weekly ABC analysis for a 6-location café chain, replacing manual exports and copy-pasting into spreadsheets.
