About me

I am a final year student of Computer Science and Econometrics in Katowice. I am looking for remote orders. I have experience working in online stores as a customer service specialist and e-commerce specialist, as well as an assistant in a project team.

During my studies I learned project management techniques and various tools to improve my work (Comarch ERP, SAAS, StarUML, Microsoft Visio). I have also done several well-assessed CRM, ERP and website projects.

In my professional work, I dealt mainly between online stores from A to Z. My duties were different: customer service (also business), website management (code update, project management), social media service (Facebook, Instagram), and also working with Google Analytics and Google Ads. I also worked on design, creating needed analyzes, cooperation with developers and the project team)
