Hi, I’m Natalie - a Mental Trainer, Content Creator and UGC Creator from Germany.

I create authentic, relatable and emotionally engaging content around mental health, everyday life, women’s wellbeing, lifestyle, travel, beauty, dog content, supplements & health care and sustainability.

What makes my content different? I don’t believe in polished perfection or scripted advertising. I create content that feels real, personal and natural, just the kind of content that makes people stop scrolling because it feels like a genuine recommendation from a friend rather than an advertisement.

As a Mental Trainer, I have a strong understanding of psychology, communication, emotions and storytelling. I know how to connect with an audience on an emotional level while still delivering a clear message and highlighting the value of a product or service.
