About me

I’ve spent the last 8 years working across SEO, content, product, operations and team management. I started as a content writer and gradually moved into roles where I was managing people, projects, websites, commercial performance and day-to-day operations. I’ve worked in both larger teams and startups, so I’m comfortable building things from scratch as well as improving what already exists. I’m ambitious, curious and very flexible when it comes to new tasks. I never pretend to know everything, but I’m the person who will dig into a problem, ask questions, learn what I need to learn and figure out how to move it forward. I enjoy variety, solving messy problems and working with different people. Native Polish speaker and fully fluent in English after 16 years living abroad in Malta and Ireland. I’m equally comfortable working in both languages.
