About me
I am a customer service specialist with 7 years of experience supporting English-speaking clients, primarily through written communication such as live chats and emails, though I also have experience with phone support. I have in-depth knowledge of the UK energy market, which enables me to handle complex customer inquiries with confidence and clarity.
I successfully led an interdepartmental project in collaboration with a team of developers, aimed at streamlining and improving the workflow of first- and second-line support agents. The solution we implemented significantly enhanced operational efficiency and agent performance.
Currently, I am pursuing a degree in Sociology at the University of the Commission of National Education (UKEN) in Kraków, where I continue to develop my analytical and social research skills. I live in the heart of Kraków, which allows me to stay closely connected to both academic and professional communities.
