About me

I'm a lawyer with over 20 years experience in IT, new technologies and finances.

I support SaaS services, virtual shops, entrepreneurs and bloggers in all aspects of their business activity. I create terms of service, privacy policies, and documentation regarding protection of personal data (RODO), as well as all other agreements relating to their business activity (i.e agreements with programmers, cooperation agreements).

I have experience in setting up and structuring of transnational activity. I have operated mainly Cypriot, British, Maltese, American, and Dutch companies. I have extensive contacts with legal offices and accountant offices in many locations all over the world.

I support in processes related to creating and negotiating of shareholders agreements, negotiating agreements on financing. I have conducted from the legal side processes of reorganisation and sales of businesses.
