My top priorities are collaboration and work culture within an organization, as these are crucial for me. I'm searching for a workplace that aligns with my values. I always appreciate people that are open minded for diversity and try to see what values can bring the individual more than how to fit into molds.
Driving improvement by developing and implementing process enhancements to maximize the efficiency of team and departmental operations goes along with my character and soft skills. I have learnt a lot from my previous experience. At that point of my career I am looking for a workplace to expand my professional background.
