About me

My "hobby" are relationships, addiction problems, domestic violence, ACA, upbringing and its influence on later mental and emotional disorders. I am an addiction therapist and occupational therapist and I am constantly following new research in this field. I am also a certified masseuse with many years of experience - hence my interest in diet, healthy lifestyle, body care and problems related to its diseases. I supplemented my knowledge in this field with cosmetic courses. Aesthetic medicine. micropigmentation, hairdressing - these are the areas that I follow on a regular basis, I like to write about them very much and I have tested many top-shelf treatments on my own. I know what is a hit and what is not ;) My hobbies are esoterics, analysis of dreams and their meanings, bioenergotherapy, natural medicine and herbal medicine, meditation and its influence on the functioning of the brain. I have a "light pen" and can write about anything. I read maniacally and I am up to date also in social media.
