For more than ten years I have been organising and coordinating the work of several project teams, which realised selected responsibilities taking into consideration uncertainty and risk inside cultural fields. With great success, I managed to finalise nearly twenty bigger projects, and even more the smaller ones. I can look after the correct design process, and remove impediments, prioritizes work, mobilise and lead the team to create high-value projects. I am searching for new professional challenges in team management after gaining the Professional Scrum Master certification (PSM I). I am also an illustrator and artist who is skilled in Adobe framework, especially Illustrator, Photoshop and After Effects. Working as a freelance graphic designer for several institutions and private person.
