I’m an experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator supporting global HR teams in managing recruitment processes smoothly and efficiently. I work 100% remotely – from Poland, Spain, Portugal… or wherever I currently am.

My daily work includes coordinating interviews, managing calendars, assisting hiring managers, communicating with candidates, and creating recruitment reports. I also handle job posting, light pre-screening calls, and admin tasks related to open roles.

I enjoy working with people, communicating clearly, and staying organized. I’m known for creating a friendly connection with candidates and internal stakeholders alike.
