In the last 6 years I combined roles such as Project Manager and Product owner/engineer. - I have been exploring processes, gathering information about problems and looking for the best possible answers to them together with various teams of specialists. - I have verifed what is relevant and what is not, what really gives value, what can develop my teams. - I have used a variety of approaches to projects - traditional and agile. - I have planned and organized backlog, worked with documentation and tested software. - I constantly develop myself through books, articles, and postgraduate studies. I find it invaluable to participate and discuss in project communities which broaden my horizons of working with projects and different personalities.
