I'm a Computer Science graduate who works in customer support and freelance digital services.
On the support side, I've handled customer complaints, order problems, and disputes for a local ride and errand app, being the first person customers talk to, calming tense situations, and finding fair outcomes for everyone. I communicate clearly and professionally in writing, and I stay patient under pressure.
As a freelancer, I've spent 3+ years as a video editor and YouTube channel manager, delivering work on time for clients around the world and managing several projects at once. My technical background (React Native, TypeScript, Next.js, Supabase) means I pick up new software fast and can troubleshoot problems on my own.
