Hello! To whom it may concern!
I am well organised, self-motivated person with ability to learn quickly. I have graduated from Administration and I have got relevant few years experience as an administrative assistant. I am native Polish but for thirteen years have been living in the UK. What makes me bilingual in result. I have got strong organisational, administrative and analytical skills. Also my strength is the ability to juggle multiple tasks and work unsupervised with good attention to details. I am computer proficient (MS Office Package, Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook). In my previous job I used to handle clerical duties such as: - answering and transferring calls, - sending and receiving emails, letters, notifications, - data entry, preparing reports, - booking appointments, - general office support.
