About me
I’m Koki Hagiuda, a native Japanese speaker living in Japan. I run Japan Access Desk for people and businesses who need a person on the Japan side when information, contact or coordination in Japan is difficult from overseas.
I can help with practical questions about Japanese products, companies, suppliers, facilities, services and information that is hard to confirm online. When needed, I check Japanese sources, contact the relevant organisation in Japanese and follow up as appropriate, then organise the useful next steps clearly.
From 2019 to 2025, I operated several small businesses in Japan. I handled suppliers, pricing, hiring, customer acquisition and day-to-day operations myself, so I understand the practical side of getting things moving.
