Hello! I’m Ivana from Croatia.

I have a degree in Economics and a degree in Library and Information Science, with over 20 years of professional experience in administration, organization and documentation.

I’m currently building my freelance career and enjoy helping businesses with administrative support, virtual assistance, data entry, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Canva and social media tasks.

I am reliable, well organized and pay great attention to detail. I learn new tools quickly, communicate clearly and always do my best to deliver accurate, high-quality work.
