I’m an IT Support & Technical Systems Specialist providing practical remote and on-site support for businesses and individual clients.

• Windows & Linux installation, configuration and troubleshooting • PC/laptop diagnostics, repair and hardware upgrades • LAN/Wi-Fi networks, routers and switches • Workstations, printers and peripherals • Remote IT support and user assistance • Data backup, migration and basic IT security • WordPress, hosting and domain configuration • CCTV and IP camera systems
