I'm an administration and customer support professional with experience helping busy teams stay organised and work through problems.

At Montu, I progressed to Subject Matter Expert, helping colleagues resolve complex queries and escalations. Earlier roles included supporting a CEO, maintaining customer records, reception and stock ordering. That mix of experience means I understand both the everyday admin and the more complicated issues that need patience and sound judgement.
