About me

I have a BA in English Studies. I worked in Zabka (small store) for 1year and I gained there sales and customer service experience. What is more, I worked in Platinum Eye- financial advise so I gained an essential knowledge about attracting new customers and financial service. Apart from that, I have worked in Call Center for 2 month with excellent results (from 70 employees my result was 3 from the top). I gained there knowledge about sales techniques and achieving the objectives approach. Currently I am working in Cinkciarz.pl (sińce 07.2017) as Customer Care Consultant. I work via phone, e-mail and LiveChat. I am on maternity leave and I am willing to do some work from home.
