Salesforce & Agentforce | CRM integrations | Sales and service

I help teams improve workflows, connect business systems and resolve CRM issues. I have worked with Salesforce since 2015 across business analysis, administration, consulting and custom solutions.

Services: • Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud; Flow, Apex and LWC. • Integrations: requirements, system workflows, data mapping and testing. • AI and Agentforce: process selection, solution design and quality criteria. • Support: troubleshooting, enhancements and user training.
