About me

Anyone can write code now. Fewer people can decide what to build — and fewer still can take a problem a company hasn't yet learned to name and turn it into a product, an architecture, and a team that knows how to run it.

That's the work I do.

Over three decades — across pharma, forensics, cold-chain, supply-chain, and high-performance systems — I've moved from writing the systems, to designing them, to deciding which ones are worth existing at all. Today I build production AI systems end-to-end: setting the architecture, choosing the stack, shipping the thing, and leaving behind people and practices that outlast my involvement.
