About me

My name is Bohdan, I am 31. I am fluent in Russian and Polish languages, upper-intermediate English, my native language is Ukrainian. I have the following translation and lingual experience: • I have passed an internship in the company Golden Pegasus, one of the leaders on technical translations in Ukraine, where I was translating the documentation for software and cloud services. Also, I have passed an English course MGI English Language Dynamics with native speakers. • I was serving Russian-speaking customers for 7 months at the call centre. • I was working 11 months in Poland and keep in touch with my polish friends. • I was working with a technical documentation in English for about 6 years (database maintenance). • I have translated 2 websites from English into Polish. • Periodically I am engaged in the not-for-profit simultaneous translation of Polish and English languages. I am able to translate English to Ukrainian, Russian, and Polish and also able to translate Ukrainian, Russian, and Polish in any combination between themselves. Besides technical subjects, I may also work with other subjects. I am able to work with CAT-tools Trados, Mamsource etc. I have graduated from the Computer Faculty of the University “Lviv Polytechnic”.
