My name is Boban and I have over 5 years of experience in customer support (chat and email) working for one of the largest customer support companies in the world, Foundever. Easily adaptable to any customer support challenge, highly skilled in Zendesk tools where I have admin access at my 9-5 employment. For me, it is as easy to handle sweet and bitter users, as for the last 3 years I have been working mostly on escalations (users that ask for a manager, legal tickets, GDPRs, etc.) If you want someone reliable who will be there when needed, I am the perfect person for you.
