About me

I am a master web scraping dev from Sofia, Bulgaria.

I worked as web developer since 2004. Initially my experience in web dev field include: php, js, mysql/posgresql, html/css,

Since 2015 I switched to Python entirely and mainly to web scrapping projects using Scrapy, Selenium and other Python based services.

First, I worked for 2 years for London based company in the field of woman fashion. Then I worked for an year for another London based company, this time in Furniture branch.

For this 3 years I got a lot of experience with scraping various types of sites (mainly catalog/e-shop) with many obstacles due to the usage of js/ajax loading of data and some tricks for denying of scraping.

Then I worked till 2.5 years for a Hong Kong based company in area of job collecting. There I made scrapers for both ATS sites and companies job sites. Here I developed a framework which fastened spider creation. There I led two junior developers who I taught to work with my framework and eventually each of us
